The integration will see Meridian’s existing client base—which includes brands such as APL, MedCline, and VKTRY—migrate to the Searchable ecosystem. Searchable currently monitors over one billion AI citations and 400 million brand mentions across ten AI engines, providing companies with actionable data on how to improve their visibility within automated search results. This acquisition follows a successful $14 million seed funding round led by Headline earlier this year, which valued the company at $85 million.
Chris Donnelly, CEO of Searchable, noted that the move is designed to capture growing demand from American brands eager to refine their AI search optimization (AEO) strategies. Alex Dees, CEO of Meridian, added that the partnership will help address the persistent lack of transparency regarding how consumers discover and engage with businesses through AI-powered chatbots.
