Del Rio joins the firm after a 15-year tenure at Lloyds Banking Group, following senior roles at Goldman Sachs, Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank, and Bankers Trust. In his new capacity, he will focus on scaling Reward’s intelligence capabilities and expanding its commerce media network, which is currently supported by the technology and reach of owner Rezolve Ai.
CEO James House noted that Del Rio’s background in banking will be pivotal as the company seeks to turn data-led innovation into new revenue streams. The appointment highlights Reward's push to connect banks, retailers, and brands through transaction intelligence, particularly as the industry shifts toward agentic commerce.
