Nick Seminara, chairman of the NICB Board of Governors, credited Glawe for his commitment to the organization’s mission during his tenure. The outgoing executive stated that working alongside the bureau’s team to bridge the gap between the insurance industry and investigative agencies has been a privilege.
Glawe intends to remain with the bureau through the month to oversee an orderly handover of responsibilities. While the board has not yet named a successor or finalized a timeline for a permanent replacement, it affirmed that operations will continue without interruption. The organization currently represents over 1,200 property and casualty insurers, maintaining a focus on fraud prevention through analytics and policy advocacy.
