Investors who incurred financial losses from FuelCell Energy, Inc. securities between June 24 and September 1, 2026, are being invited to serve as lead plaintiffs in a pending class action lawsuit. The litigation centers on allegations that the company misled shareholders regarding its manufacturing capabilities and actual production costs.

The complaint filed against FuelCell Energy contends that leadership failed to disclose critical operational shortcomings, specifically regarding the company’s ability to meet required production rates under the CEPA agreement with Fit Energy. According to the filing, this manufacturing deficit led to higher-than-anticipated product costs and overhead expenses, which the company allegedly concealed from the market throughout the summer of 2026.

Legal firm Glancy Prongay Wolke & Rotter LLP is spearheading the effort to recover losses for affected shareholders.
