Elementl Power Appoints Navy Veteran Robey Clark to Lead Nuclear Projects

Clark will report directly to Chief Projects Officer Shawn Hughes, balancing executive oversight with the company's complex regulatory and licensing requirements. His portfolio includes the 1.8 GW strategic agreement with Google and a 1.5 GW small modular reactor project currently underway in southeast Ohio. Hughes noted that Clark’s blend of operational nuclear experience and strategic consulting background made him a priority hire for the firm's expanding pipeline.

Before moving to Elementl, Clark served as director of strategic initiatives at Kairos Power. His earlier career includes a tenure as a partner at Boston Consulting Group, where he concentrated on capital project delivery and organizational efficiency within the energy sector. His foundational experience stems from his time in the U.S. Navy, where he served as an Engineer Officer and instructor for nuclear reactor operations. Clark holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and an undergraduate degree from Bowdoin College.
