Amazon’s platform has now surpassed 400 global locations. While the company maintains a heavy footprint in sports and entertainment venues—such as Soldier Field and Spartan Stadium—the shift toward healthcare suggests a broader application for the technology. Wes Moon, a senior business development manager at Amazon, emphasized that the primary goal remains reducing wait times and creating a seamless exit-to-entry process for users.
