Investors File Class Action Lawsuit Against Doximity Over Revenue Claims

A class action lawsuit filed against Doximity, Inc. alleges the company misled shareholders by overstating the revenue impact of its Newsfeed platform. The complaint covers investors who purchased shares between August 8, 2024, and May 13, 2026, claiming the firm concealed a loss of market share to cheaper, more effective competitors.

The litigation, spearheaded by the law firm Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC, asserts that Doximity’s public statements regarding its advertising practices were materially false. Specifically, the suit alleges the company relied heavily on traditional banner ads and email newsletters while claiming a stronger, more innovative engagement model. These discrepancies allegedly obscured the company’s true financial health and competitive standing throughout the specified period.

Investors who incurred losses during the class period have until November 16, 2026, to file a motion to be appointed as lead plaintiff. While the case seeks to recover damages for those affected, participating in the lawsuit does not mandate this formal leadership role. The law firm operates on a contingency fee basis, noting that legal costs and expenses are contingent upon a successful recovery for the plaintiff class. Founding partner Peretz Bronstein stated that the firm's objective remains the restoration of investor capital and the enforcement of corporate accountability to protect market integrity.
