Fanatics Collectibles expands to Paris with second flagship store

Following the success of its London debut on Regent Street, Fanatics Collectibles is crossing the English Channel to open its first continental European flagship in Paris. The new 5,500-square-foot space on Rue Saint-Lazare is set to launch on October 23, marking a major expansion for the trading card retailer.

The Paris location mirrors the footprint of the company's London site, focusing on a blend of retail and community engagement. The store will stock official trading cards from major leagues including the NBA, NFL, MLB, Formula 1, and UEFA Champions League, alongside Paris Saint-Germain merchandise and entertainment collectibles from Disney, Marvel, and Star Wars.

David Leiner, President of Trading Cards at Fanatics Collectibles, described the move as a natural progression for the brand. He noted that the London store proved that physical retail could serve as a hub for collectors rather than just a point of sale. The company plans to host live events and dedicated breaking sessions to foster a more interactive environment for fans, aiming to provide a level of access that distinguishes the physical shopping experience from standard hobbyist outlets.
