Rasmussen University Honors 6,200 Graduates in St. Paul Ceremony

The event represents the third and final graduation celebration of the year for the institution, following earlier programs in Illinois and Florida. This year’s cohort includes students who completed their degrees at 20 campus locations and through online programs. Notably, 20% of the attendees are returning to the university to earn their second or additional degree, a trend leadership attributes to the school’s focus on lifelong career development.

Dr. Cyrus Batheja, CEO of the nonprofit Ecumen, will deliver the keynote address, drawing on his own background in healthcare leadership. The class will also be represented by graduate speaker Tykeishah Todd, who earned her Master of Healthcare Administration while balancing a career in family medicine. Alumna Kimberley Wilde, now a senior business analyst at Mayo Clinic, is scheduled to lead the traditional alumni pinning ceremony, welcoming the new graduates into the university’s professional network. The event honors the university's 125-year history in Minnesota while highlighting the diverse paths students take to reach their professional goals.
