Dave Reichenbacher Joins ESOP Partners as COO

Reichenbacher joins the firm following his tenure as COO and Senior Vice President at Merkle | Cardinal Path. His career, which spans roles at Intel and WebShare, is defined by an ability to integrate disparate teams and implement complex systems—ranging from CRM platforms to automated professional services tools. President and Founder Aaron Juckett noted that Reichenbacher’s blend of structured rigor and a teacher's mindset will be critical for scaling the company while preserving its core mission.

Beyond his corporate experience, Reichenbacher’s approach to leadership is rooted in community service and mentorship, including his work with USA Hockey officiating programs. At ESOP Partners, he intends to leverage this background to build the operational foundations necessary for long-term value creation. His mandate includes overseeing resource management, IT infrastructure, and organizational culture, ensuring that internal processes remain robust enough to support the firm’s growth in the employee stock ownership plan sector.
