Bryant’s career at Virginia Housing spans more than three decades, beginning in 1993 as associate counsel. He steadily advanced through the organization’s legal department, serving as senior, associate general, and deputy general counsel before his appointment as chief counsel in 2021. Before joining the housing authority, he completed clerkships with the Virginia Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court in Abingdon.
Virginia Housing CEO Tammy Neale credited Bryant for his role in driving programmatic changes that have expanded housing affordability throughout the state.
