The partnership centers on the "Pomp It Up" campaign, an initiative designed to integrate the olive oil brand into the pre-game and home-viewing rituals of Ravens fans. Michael Vercelletto, Pompeian’s Vice President of Marketing, emphasized that the collaboration seeks to channel the specific energy found at M&T Bank Stadium tailgates into the home kitchen.
Fans will see the brand presence grow throughout the season at RavensWalk, where Pompeian will host pop-up stations offering samples and interactive giveaways. Inside the stadium, the company takes over the interactive fan cam on RavensVision, allowing spectators to broadcast their game-day enthusiasm on the venue's big screens. To cement the alliance, the two organizations are releasing co-branded extra virgin olive oil bottles in Smooth and Robust varieties, which hit local retail shelves earlier this month.
Kevin Rochlitz, Senior Vice President and Chief Sales Officer for the Ravens, noted that the team prioritizes local institutions with deep community ties. For a company that has operated in Baltimore since 1906, the deal represents an effort to reinforce its local identity while reaching the NFL fan base. These activations are scheduled to run through the current season, with specific fan events slated for upcoming matchups against the Saints, Bengals, and Jaguars.
