Runlayer rounds out the group with a security and observability platform designed to manage enterprise AI plugins and agents.

These three companies represent the pinnacle of the 2026 SINET16, a cohort chosen by a committee of 100 experts, including CISOs, government intelligence officials, and venture capitalists. SINET Founder and Chairman Robert Rodriguez noted that the program aims to cut through market noise, connecting early-stage developers with the buyers and investors necessary to scale their solutions.
