Vance Street Capital Scales Investment Team with Six Personnel Moves

Casey Fenlon and Vaios Kouvelis join the firm as Vice Presidents, bringing backgrounds from Highview Capital and Rarebreed Veterinary Partners, respectively. They are joined by new Associates Charlie Cohen, formerly of Victory Park Capital, and Peter Gagnon, who previously held roles at The Patriot Group. Alongside the new hires, Nick Witham and Chris Wandling have transitioned into Senior Associate roles.

Partner Nic Janneck noted that the expansion is designed to bolster the firm’s transaction experience and collaborative capacity when working with founders and management teams. Managing Partner Brian Martin emphasized that these appointments are intended to reinforce the firm’s culture as it enters its next stage of growth, with the new team members providing expertise across private credit, corporate development, and investment banking.
