Overfuel has seen its dealership website count surge by more than 225% over the past two years, a growth trajectory that caught the attention of Comedor Capital. The platform distinguishes itself by prioritizing site performance, notably reducing load times and bandwidth requirements by over 90%. According to the company, these technical optimizations are critical, as research links every second of improved load speed to an 11% increase in shopper engagement.
Alex Griffis, CEO of Overfuel, intends to use the capital to push an AI-first and API-first agenda, aiming to strip away the complexity often associated with legacy dealership software. Bradley McBride, Managing Partner at Comedor Capital, cited the company’s disciplined approach to solving industry-specific problems as a primary driver for the partnership. The investment provides not just financial backing, but operational support intended to help the firm scale its inventory management and digital retailing tools while maintaining its existing focus on customer service.
