Ruth arrives from C1, where he served as Director of Sales for the East region, managing teams focused on infrastructure and AI-driven communication services. His resume includes senior leadership tenures at industry stalwarts such as Vonage, 8x8, Mitel, and Windstream Enterprise. At NetCarrier, he will oversee a broad mandate encompassing sales, marketing, customer success, and the company’s wholesale and white-label initiatives.

CEO Doug Derstine highlighted the strategic importance of the hire, noting that Ruth’s expertise in partner-led sales models is essential for scaling the business.
