Streamside RV Resorts Enters Pacific Northwest With Coos Bay Acquisition

Nashville-based Streamside RV Resorts & Campgrounds has acquired Bay Point Landing in Coos Bay, marking the operator's 41st national property and its first expansion into the Pacific Northwest. The deal brings the award-winning, 103-acre waterfront resort into a portfolio that now spans 18 states and over 4,700 sites.

Located at 92443 Cape Arago Highway, the resort serves as a gateway to the Oregon coast, positioned near Sunset Bay State Park and the Bandon Dunes golf destination. The property features 125 RV sites, 32 Scandinavian-inspired cabins, and 14 rentable Airstreams, complemented by a heated saltwater pool and a bayfront fitness center. Its design has previously earned accolades from publications including Architectural Record and Men’s Journal for its architectural integration with the natural landscape.

Jen Milam, Chief Growth Officer at Streamside, identified the location as a strategic fit for travelers navigating Highway 101. The transition of ownership from NBP Capital will not interrupt existing park operations or guest reservations. Moving forward, the new owners intend to integrate the site into their national operational platform while evaluating infrastructure upgrades. Horizon Outdoor Hospitality, which managed the property’s development and guest experience over the past nine years, confirmed that local leadership will remain a priority during the shift in stewardship.
