The platform functions through a two-sided architecture: Agent One Teams and Agent One Audiences. Agent One Teams acts as the engine for internal operations, allowing marketers to set high-level objectives and guardrails while the system handles strategy, content creation, and real-time performance optimization. Concurrently, Agent One Audiences engages directly with consumers through dedicated shopping and support agents that interpret intent and update the system's living context.
Hande Cilingir, co-founder and CEO of Insider One, stated that the industry is moving toward systems that can adapt rather than simply store data. By creating a feedback loop where insights from customer conversations inform brand actions—and vice versa—the technology aims to close the gap between consumer intent and business delivery. The system is built to integrate with existing enterprise stacks via APIs and open architecture, allowing it to function within current data environments while maintaining governance over autonomous actions.
