Costco expands Uber Eats delivery to 47 US states

Costco and Uber Technologies have scaled their partnership across the United States, extending on-demand delivery services to 47 states. The expansion integrates nearly 600 warehouse locations into the Uber Eats platform, significantly broadening access to the retailer’s inventory for members nationwide.

The rollout covers a wide geographical footprint, including major markets such as California, New York, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. Customers can now order the retailer’s full inventory, spanning bulk grocery items, household essentials, and the brand’s Kirkland Signature line, including the warehouse chain’s signature rotisserie chicken.

Andrew Macdonald, President and Chief Operating Officer at Uber, noted that the nationwide expansion underscores the company’s capacity to support large-scale retailers in meeting evolving consumer shopping habits. While the US partnership grows, Costco maintains a global presence on the platform, with similar services already operational in Canada, Mexico, Japan, Taiwan, France, and Spain.
