TRG Acquires Vista Technology Support to Scale European Field Services

Vista, founded in 1995, brings three decades of experience serving the retail, hospitality, leisure, and healthcare sectors. Their service portfolio includes preventative maintenance, break-fix engineering, and IT procurement, all of which will now fall under the TRG umbrella. The acquisition provides TRG with a robust field service network, enabling the company to offer 24/7 support across Europe with greater localized expertise.

TRG CEO Sean Kennedy noted that the integration strengthens the firm's capacity to manage enterprise devices regardless of geographic location. James Pepper, CEO of Vista, stated that the company will maintain its existing support standards while leveraging TRG’s global resources to scale operations. For TRG, a portfolio company of Gemspring Capital, the expansion represents a strategic push to consolidate its managed services presence in the European market.
