The platform expansion allows verified individual users to browse and allocate to professional trading strategies directly through Binance’s native infrastructure. Previously restricted to corporate accounts, the service now welcomes any user meeting specific financial thresholds—including those with over $1 million in total assets—to access standardized performance and risk metrics previously reserved for institutional participants.
Since May 2026, the marketplace has seen a significant surge in activity, with live portfolios growing from 106 to 212 managed by 77 different trading teams. Catherine Chen, Head of Binance VIP and Institutional, noted that the move addresses the convergence of traditional finance and digital assets, where elite participants demand professional-grade transparency without the friction of fragmented off-platform fund administration. By integrating strategy discovery, custody, and reporting into a single environment, Binance aims to streamline the allocation process for users navigating market-neutral, long/short, and RWA-linked strategies.
