The festivities kick off Wednesday evening with an invite-only "Coffee & Chat" session where Zamfotis will demonstrate the chain's signature latte art and discuss the brand's history. The public celebration follows on Thursday, September 17, with a series of promotions tied to the company's 20th anniversary. From 5:30 a.m. to noon, customers can purchase small hot or cold brew coffees for $1.
To mark the milestone, the shop is offering surprise giveaways throughout the morning. Orders placed at the 20th minute of each hour will be provided free of charge, while those placed at the 28th minute—Zamfotis’ lucky number—will include a bag of signature house coffee signed by the founder. Zamfotis is scheduled to serve customers directly in the café and at the drive-thru between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m., followed by an official ribbon-cutting ceremony. This expansion into Monmouth County represents a homecoming of sorts for the founder, who grew up in the area.
