According to CEO Uday Kiran Chaka, the strategy relies on AI to provide continuous oversight, while reserving human judgment for scenarios requiring physical intervention.

COO Farhat Ali notes that the system is engineered to function without hardware overhauls, claiming it operates at roughly one-fifth the cost of traditional on-site guarding. The integration of a new Guard Dispatch tool allows AI to track personnel locations and map incidents, facilitating faster communication between software agents and human teams. Sentry AI estimates that its agents can handle approximately 90% of standard patrol tasks, allowing staff to focus on direct public engagement and authority coordination.
