Adams arrives with three decades of experience in the industrial and consumer goods sectors. His most recent tenure at American Woodmark Corporation saw him overseeing logistics, manufacturing, and materials as Senior Vice President and Chief Manufacturing and Supply Chain Officer. His professional background includes deep expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, as well as complex systems integration and large-scale business transformation.
CEO Emily Videtto emphasized that the decision to bring Adams aboard centers on his ability to drive disciplined execution within large, multifaceted operations. At Pella, he is tasked with refining the company’s supply chain and engineering functions to ensure greater flexibility and productivity. Adams holds degrees in electrical engineering and management from Drexel University and will report directly to the executive leadership team in Iowa.
