Omega Healthcare Names Senthil Velayutham as Chief Technology Officer

Senthil Velayutham, a veteran in product development and artificial intelligence, has joined Omega Healthcare as Chief Technology Officer. Based in Boca Raton, he will oversee the company's global technology organization, focusing on scaling the Omega Digital Platform and transitioning AI initiatives from experimental prototypes into regulated, production-grade enterprise tools.

Velayutham arrives with over twenty years of experience in scaling software platforms, most recently serving as Chief Product and Technology Officer at Nextiva. His background includes significant leadership tenures at Microsoft and several Goldman Sachs portfolio companies, where he managed large, geographically dispersed engineering teams. His expertise lies in navigating the complex regulatory requirements of enterprise AI, a transition many healthcare firms currently struggle to execute.

CEO Anurag Mehta highlighted Velayutham's track record in high-stakes environments where auditability and precision are mandatory. As Omega Healthcare aims to refine its revenue operations and expand its agentic AI capabilities, Velayutham will be tasked with integrating deep domain expertise into the firm's proprietary workflows. The company, founded in 2003, continues to position its digital platform as a core driver for financial and clinical outcomes across the provider, payer, and life sciences sectors.
