Maynards to Auction Over 100 Late-Model Machines in Delaware

A multimillion-dollar inventory of agricultural and construction machinery goes under the hammer on October 7 in Laurel, Delaware. The live webcast auction features more than 100 late-model units from the operations of David G. Horsey & Sons, Inc., offering buyers a chance to acquire high-capacity equipment with immediate availability.

The sale includes a significant fleet of 2023 John Deere tractors, headlined by the 8R 410, 9R 490, and 9R 440 models, some paired with 2010DE pull scrapers. Beyond the agricultural focus, the catalog encompasses a wide range of construction hardware, such as 2020 and 2022 Caterpillar 330 excavators, 2021 Caterpillar D3 dozers, and Komatsu WA200 wheel loaders spanning 2015 to 2018.

Prospective buyers can inspect the assets at 28107 Beaver Dam Branch Road on October 5 and 6 between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. ET, or by private appointment. According to Maynards CEO Taso Sofikitis, the event provides a strategic avenue for companies to upgrade their fleets with modern, productive machinery while bypassing the typical lead times associated with new equipment purchases. Online bidding will be facilitated through the Maynards platform starting at 11:00 a.m. ET on the day of the sale.
