BODYBAR Pilates Sets National Record With 100-Reformer Synchronized Class

One hundred reformers occupied the floor of the Omni Frisco Hotel on September 13, as BODYBAR Pilates marked the centennial of the discipline and the brand's own 100th studio opening. The massive, synchronized workout in Frisco, Texas, successfully established a new U.S. record for the largest reformer Pilates class ever held.

The 50-minute session gathered franchise owners, instructors, and media members, led by Chief Brand Officer and co-founder Kamille McCollum. Beyond the athletic milestone, the event served a charitable purpose, raising $10,000 for the Foundation for Women's Cancer. The donation, calculated at $100 per reformer, supports ongoing research and awareness during Gynecological Cancer Awareness Month.

This record-setting performance follows the recent opening of the brand's 100th location in North Fort Worth on September 8. To facilitate the event, equipment manufacturer Balanced Body provided the 100 reformers, while logistical partners handled the complex setup. The brand documented the gathering through rigorous verification standards, including video and photographic evidence, to cement its place in the history of the modern Pilates movement.
