Since the system-wide expansion following a December 2025 pilot, the impact on clinical workflow has been measurable. Care teams have utilized the assistant to draft over 55,000 patient messages, saving an average of nine seconds per result comment. More importantly, the clarity of these automated drafts led to a 32% reduction in follow-up inquiries from patients.
