The integration allows LivmorIQ to cross-reference a beneficiary’s actual medical usage against their stated health needs, ensuring that coverage remains aligned with changing diagnoses or medication requirements. Previously, agents relied on health profiles captured only at the initial point of sale, which often became obsolete as a client's care evolved. This data-driven approach aims to preemptively identify coverage gaps, such as network changes or formulary adjustments, before the Annual Notice of Change is issued.
Alongside the API access, Livmor is introducing a Disenrollment Notification feature. This tool alerts agents when a client switches plans or leaves their coverage through external channels, often providing notice within days. For agencies and FMOs, this transparency extends to book-level persistency tracking, allowing for oversight of licensing and carrier appointments. Leah Puccio, president of Livmor Inc., noted that combining objective claims data with subjective client feedback provides a complete picture of the policyholder's needs throughout the year. The new capabilities are scheduled to roll out to customers later this month, ahead of the October 15 Annual Enrollment Period.
