At the center of the company’s current pipeline is INT230-6, an investigational candidate designed to saturate tumors with cytotoxic agents while triggering a localized immune response. Unlike traditional systemic chemotherapy, this approach aims to turn malignant cells into a source of neoantigens without causing widespread immunosuppression. Intensity is currently advancing several clinical programs, including the INVINCIBLE-3 Phase 3 trial for soft tissue sarcoma and the INVINCIBLE-4 Phase 2 study targeting triple-negative breast cancer in collaboration with the Swiss Cancer Institute.
