The certification grants agencies access to Bizzdesign Alfabet, a suite designed for strategic portfolio management, application rationalization, and enterprise architecture. To streamline adoption, the platform includes a U.S. Government Accelerator, which offers preconfigured support for the Federal CIO Council’s Application Rationalization Playbook. This toolset is specifically engineered to assist agencies in navigating cloud migration, disaster recovery planning, and the governance of emerging AI portfolios.
Bizzdesign Chief Operating Officer Conrad Langhammer noted that federal technology leaders are currently tasked with balancing rapid AI integration against modernization mandates and budget constraints. By providing a comprehensive view of applications and strategic initiatives, the software aims to help decision-makers identify which technologies to modernize, consolidate, or retire. CEO Bert van der Zwan added that the new certification marks a significant expansion of the company’s support for the U.S. public sector, building on its existing international experience in technology modernization. While Bizzdesign Alfabet has been accessible to the federal market since 2020 through various environments, the GovCloud launch represents a move toward a more centralized, dedicated infrastructure for future product offerings.
