Fuze Finance has secured approval as an affiliated financial intermediary under the Anti-Money Laundering Act, marking its first expansion into Western Europe. The firm joins a competitive landscape by offering stablecoin settlement alongside traditional SWIFT, SEPA, and SIC payment rails. By integrating these systems, Fuze intends to provide a unified infrastructure for Swiss financial institutions that currently struggle to integrate digital assets into their legacy frameworks.
CEO Mo Ali Yusuf emphasized that the company is targeting banks looking for more than a superficial crypto product, focusing instead on scalable, regulated infrastructure. To support this, Country Manager Gianluca Masini is leading the recruitment of an on-ground team in Lugano to ensure local decision-making and compliance. The company’s service model, which includes institutional brokerage and OTC execution, is strictly limited to B2B clients and will be delivered via Swiss-regulated partner banks and fintechs.
