The TCL X11L SQD-Mini LED TV emerged as the standout performer, securing both Android Authority’s IFA Breakthrough 2026 Award and Tom’s Guide’s Best in Show recognition. Its sibling, the C8L SQD-Mini LED TV, alongside the X3 Series OLED Gaming Monitor, also garnered Innovation Award Honoree status for their advancements in refresh rates and contrast ratios.
Beyond televisions, the brand’s mobile and wearable divisions saw notable success. The flagship P80 Ultra smartphone earned the Best of IFA 2026 title from Android Authority, while RayNeo’s GT Max AR Glasses were honored for delivering the industry’s first Dolby Vision-certified augmented reality experience. TCL’s push into the connected home ecosystem also gained traction, as its heyAiMe Family Companion Robot and 5G AI CPE X5 Router received recognition for their agentic AI features.
These honors coincide with the company’s efforts to formalize display benchmarks. TCL partnered with TÜV Rheinland to publish the SQD-Mini LED Display Industry White Paper and became the first manufacturer to receive the SGS Natural Light Visual Comfort Certification. These initiatives represent a move to standardize performance metrics for consumer electronics across global markets.
