LR Health & Beauty Appoints Martin Lipp as CFO

Lipp arrives at the nutritional supplements and cosmetics firm with two decades of international leadership experience across the healthcare, automotive, consumer goods, and renewable energy sectors. His previous roles include serving as CFO at the Brazilian Correias Mercúrio Group and the Schletter Solar Group, alongside senior finance positions at McKesson and Benteler Automotive.

LR Group CEO Jörg Körfer cited Lipp’s extensive background in business restructuring as a key asset for the firm’s upcoming transition phase. According to Körfer, the appointment is intended to sharpen the group’s focus on profitability and long-term efficiency. Lipp, who will manage global controlling and operations, expressed confidence in the company’s brand potential and stated his intention to lead the organization toward sustainable, profitable growth alongside the existing management team.
