Former employee Matthew Gonzalez, who worked with Doherty in 2023, claimed the YouTuber utilized his platform to promote models selling adult content, often retaining a substantial percentage of their earnings. According to Gonzalez, these women were promised a path to wealth and fame, yet were frequently relegated to a base salary while generating significantly higher revenue for the operation. Gonzalez alleged that Doherty could earn as much as $300,000 from a single creator in a day, though no financial records have been produced to verify these claims.
Beyond professional allegations, Doherty’s former girlfriend, McKinley Richardson, has described their relationship as a cycle of psychological isolation and humiliation. Richardson stated that her personal distress was frequently turned into entertainment, with Doherty reportedly filming her during moments of emotional breakdown. She characterized the experience as a constant performance, noting that the pressure to produce content for his channel eroded their private life and left her feeling dehumanized. Doherty has previously denied claims of coercion or exploitation.
