To achieve this, Jenner enlisted landscape designer Jim Hyatt, renowned for his work at Santa Barbara’s San Ysidro Ranch. Inside the unfinished structure, reclaimed wood flooring, antique brick fireplaces, and custom marble finishes define the interior palette.

The scale of the project remains ambitious, with plans for an 18,000-square-foot main residence, a guest house, a 12-car garage, and a dedicated sports court.
