Molina’s transition to the shelf intelligence firm follows a career defined by operational transformation and customer strategy at global financial and tech institutions. At Simbe, she will oversee executive relationships and long-term transformation programs designed to help retailers leverage physical AI as a primary operating layer. CEO Brad Bogolea noted that the company aims to move beyond simple shelf monitoring toward a model where real-time ground truth allows retailers to orchestrate complex actions across multiple channels.
Simbe also announced new leadership engagements for two other key executives. Senior Vice President of Marketing Caitlin Allen has joined the Food Marketing Institute’s Daunting Data Dilemma Industry Task Force, while Senior Vice President of Strategy and Client Success Benjamin Bond has been appointed to the FMI Fresh Food Leadership Council. Both will focus on industry-wide initiatives concerning data quality, operational visibility, and waste reduction.
