The EverNitro system addresses a persistent frustration for home enthusiasts: the ongoing cost and environmental waste associated with single-use nitrogen canisters. By utilizing pressure swing adsorption (PSA), the machine filters ambient air to isolate nitrogen, which is then infused into liquids ranging from cold brew and cocktails to kombucha and matcha. The hardware offers two primary operation modes—a 25-second fast pour and a 60-second high-purity setting—allowing users to calibrate foam density and mouthfeel with precision pressure controls up to 8 bar.
Beyond the primary infusion unit, XBREW is expanding its hardware footprint with the Master Scale. This smart accessory features a high-resolution OLED display and a 'Brew Assist' mode that utilizes brewing profiles developed by industry experts to guide users through pour-over and espresso techniques. According to XBREW founder and CEO Terry Tan, the company approaches beverage preparation as a rigorous engineering challenge, applying principles from his team’s background at firms like DJI and Breville. As the brand shifts from its successful Kickstarter phase to full mass production, the Berlin exhibition serves as the strategic launchpad for building a broader European distribution network for its evolving ecosystem of smart kitchen appliances.
