The two dealerships will now operate as Courtesy Chevrolet of Tucson and Courtesy Infiniti of Tucson. Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions facilitated the deal, acting as the representative for the seller. This acquisition represents the first professional engagement between Pinnacle and the involved parties, with the firm’s founder and CEO, Bill Scrivner, leading the negotiations.
For Scott Gruwell, president and CEO of Courtesy Automotive Group, the purchase serves as a strategic expansion within the Tucson market. He noted that the company intends to build upon the established foundation of the dealerships while integrating them into the broader Courtesy brand. Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions, a firm with a history of over 850 dealership transactions, positioned the sale to ensure continuity for both the local teams and the existing customer base.
