The platform, which already coordinates surgery and imaging, now manages over 270 specialty infusions. By moving care out of hospitals, the company reports that employers can save an average of 46% per patient, translating to annual reductions of $30,000 to $50,000. These savings are achieved by eliminating the buy-and-bill margins typical of hospital-based care.

Under the new model, a dedicated Nurse Navigator oversees the entire process, including site selection, scheduling, and insurance authorizations. Patients often spend up to six hours during hospital visits, frequently losing full workdays. World Class Health aims to mitigate this by offering evening and weekend appointments, allowing employees to maintain their schedules while receiving identical clinical standards. CEO Sid Nambiar stated that the initiative removes the friction of navigating complex healthcare logistics, ensuring members remain on therapy while employers avoid the higher costs associated with traditional hospital outpatient benchmarks.
