TCL Scales AI Integration Across Home Ecosystem at IFA 2026

TCL is moving beyond isolated smart devices by debuting its 'Inspiration Habitat' at IFA 2026 in Berlin. The showcase highlights a unified vision where artificial intelligence threads through everything from massive QD-Mini LED displays to laundry systems and robotics, aiming to make home technology feel intuitive rather than intrusive.

At the center of the exhibit, the X11L SQD-Mini LED TV anchors the company’s hardware strategy. Boasting 20,736 dimming zones and 10,000 nits of peak brightness, the unit emphasizes TCL's push into high-end home cinema, supported by audio tuning from Bang & Olufsen. The brand is also expanding its mobile footprint with the P80 Ultra smartphone and updated NXTPAPER display technology, designed to prioritize eye comfort across handheld devices and the 12.2-inch TAB A1 Plus tablet.

AI utility extends into domestic infrastructure through the FreshIN 3.0 Ultra air conditioner and the SuperDrum Laundry Tower P9 Ultra. Both utilize machine learning models to optimize energy consumption and cycle parameters based on real-time environmental data. Beyond appliances, the company is diversifying its footprint with the AiMe family companion robot and advanced security hardware like the D2 Pro Matter palm vein smart lock. These components are integrated into the NXTHOME platform, a collaborative design effort involving partners such as Roche Bobois and WGSN, intended to blend complex connectivity with interior aesthetics. This push for seamless intelligence coincides with TCL’s role as a global partner for the 2026 FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup, linking the company’s display technology to live sporting events hosted in Berlin.
