Doug Larson Named General Manager of Integra Pool Covers

Larson’s appointment marks a strategic move for Explore Industries to consolidate its hold on the pool safety market. In his new capacity, he will oversee sales support, warranty operations, and business development, while actively expanding the company’s existing dealer network. David Pain, CEO and Co-Founder of Explore Industries, noted that Larson’s background—which includes both operational leadership and business ownership—is vital for scaling Integra’s current momentum.

His industry tenure began in 1995 as an installer for Coverstar, followed by a tenure as President of that same firm from 2008 to 2016. After leading InterWest Safety and acquiring the Salt Lake City-based Certified Services Group in 2019, Larson returns to his roots in the automatic cover business. He plans to leverage the ExploreBase network to refine product development and meet shifting consumer demands in the swimming pool industry.
