By deploying dedicated teams on the ground, I-care intends to integrate its wireless vibration sensors and AI-powered software directly into the workflows of existing international subsidiaries. This localized approach addresses specific regional hurdles, including complex fiscal requirements and hardware logistics, which have historically complicated the adoption of new maintenance technologies in Brazil.

To spearhead this growth, the company has appointed Côme Lainé as Regional Development Manager for Latin America. Lainé, an industrial engineer, is tasked with aligning I-care’s subscription-based service model with the needs of local firms looking to minimize upfront capital expenditure. According to Chief Growth Officer Maxime Limbourg, the goal is to provide a hybrid model that pairs global technological scale with the on-the-ground expertise necessary to navigate the region’s diverse industrial landscape.
