The collaboration leverages Comercializadora Guru’s two-decade track record in the Panamanian dermocosmetics sector. By combining established logistics with clinical education, the distributor plans to introduce HYDRINITY’s proprietary platforms—including Supercharged HA, MicroFusion, and RetaXome—to a growing local medical aesthetics community. Brent Nixon, Chief Operating Officer at HYDRINITY, noted that Panama serves as a crucial anchor for the brand’s broader expansion into Latin America.
For Comercializadora Guru, the move follows a rigorous evaluation of the brand's performance in European markets. General Manager Mark Guttman stated that the product range aligns with the clinical credibility required by local practitioners. Currently, HYDRINITY serves over 6,000 practices in 45 countries, transitioning from its origins in regenerative medicine and wound care into a professional-grade dermatological provider.
