Harrison Lord, a managing member at the firm Lord & Lindley, brings a background in fiduciary and commercial litigation. His career includes handling complex disputes for closely held businesses and trusts, earning him recognition from Chambers USA and Best Lawyers in America. Lord noted that the decision to join the board was driven by Oakworth’s relationship-focused approach, which he described as a necessary alternative to larger national institutions.
Andrew Giraldo, the president and CFO of NARENCO, complements this legal expertise with a focus on business growth and large-scale solar energy development. Giraldo stated that the bank’s values and service-oriented model align with his own professional standards for successful business operations. Tim Beck, the bank’s managing director for the Charlotte market, expects the new additions to provide critical perspectives as the firm continues its expansion in the region. Headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, Oakworth currently manages $2.1 billion in total assets.
