Berardinelli arrives with 25 years of experience in global human resources, specifically within the packaging, specialty chemicals, and advanced materials sectors. She transitions to the Atlanta firm from Multi-Color Corporation, where she served as the CHRO for a workforce exceeding 13,000 employees. Her background includes previous high-level human resources positions at Clariant, PPG Industries, and Eastman Chemical Company.

CEO Robbert Rietbroek signaled that her appointment aims to sharpen the company's operational excellence and employee engagement. Berardinelli’s mandate focuses on refining execution metrics and bolstering the company's performance culture across its international operations. She holds a Master of Science in business administration from Jönköping International Business School and an undergraduate degree from Universidad del Norte.
