Ingenico Overhauls Executive Leadership Following Capital Restructure

Ingenico has appointed four senior executives to its leadership team, signaling a strategic shift following a 150 million euro capital injection led by PIMCO. The payments giant is moving to consolidate its market position by prioritizing product innovation and customer-facing technology after resetting its financial foundation.

The new executive roster includes Maria Parpou as Chief Product Officer, Paul Gardiner as Chief Technology Officer, Ieuan Owen as Chief Revenue Officer, and Oliver Moore as Chief Customer Excellence Officer. CEO Floris de Kort stated that the additions are intended to strengthen critical capabilities, specifically citing the need to accelerate innovation and refine product delivery.

Each appointee brings extensive background from major industry players. Parpou arrives from Mastercard, where she managed global gateway operations, while Gardiner joins after a tenure at NCR Atleos focused on infrastructure modernization. Owen transitions from Xplor Technologies, and Moore joins with experience from Sitecore and Colt Technology Services. These appointments follow the company's recent capital restructuring, intended to provide the necessary liquidity to execute this updated growth strategy.
