The centerpiece of LG’s exhibit is the AI Home Zone, where the new ThinQ ON hub coordinates a cohesive network of household devices. A notable addition is the ThinQ Claw, a text-chat-based AI agent designed to simplify daily routines through natural-language interaction and contextual awareness. Beyond the home, LG is introducing ThinQ Pro, a B2B management solution that allows facility operators to monitor HVAC systems and appliances centrally, signaling a move to capture more commercial market share in Europe.
Hardware innovation remains a priority, highlighted by the company’s expanded Fit & Max range. These appliances are engineered to maximize internal capacity while maintaining a sleek, built-in aesthetic suitable for European living spaces. The lineup now spans refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, and dishwashers, all emphasizing high-efficiency core technologies like the Dual Inverter Heat Pump. According to LG, some of these new washing machines utilize 70 percent less energy than the minimum requirements for an A-rating under current European standards.
In the media entertainment sector, LG is showcasing the OLED W6 Wallpaper TV and the Micro RGB evo AI, both driven by the α11 AI Processor 4K Gen3. The company also debuted an UltraGear monitor featuring a 1,000Hz refresh rate. Baek Seung-tae, president of the LG Home Appliance Solution Company, stated that the integration of these intelligent services and premium hardware is central to the brand's strategy to strengthen its leadership in the European premium appliance market.
