The acquisition, which took effect August 30, 2026, integrates the BILZ engineering staff into UNISORB’s existing Michigan Center operations. By absorbing the BILZ catalog, UNISORB aims to streamline the procurement process for industrial manufacturers who previously had to coordinate between two separate vendors for machine mounting and precision isolation projects.
This consolidation provides customers with a single point of contact for end-to-end installation services. Beyond simply expanding the product roster to include BILZ’s active isolation systems, the merger grants legacy BILZ clients direct access to UNISORB’s on-site project management and manufacturing resources. Logistics will shift to a centralized model in Michigan, intended to simplify supply chains for North American industrial clients over the coming weeks.
