The merger brings together the 1920-founded Reliable Automatic Sprinkler and the 1850-rooted ASC Engineered Solutions. By consolidating their operations, the company aims to provide a single, accountable partner for engineers and contractors managing projects ranging from data centers and healthcare facilities to energy and water infrastructure.
CEO G. Jason Hild noted that the unification addresses the growing complexity of modern construction projects, where schedules are tightening and stakeholders require multi-faceted system solutions. The company now offers an expansive portfolio that includes fire sprinklers, flow control valves, structural support, and digital engineering tools. Existing contracts and support relationships will remain unchanged, with both legacy websites continuing to operate during the transition period.
